What Causes A Lump In The Penile Head?

Question: I noticed a small bump on the head of my penis yesterday. I have not had intercourse w anyone outside of my wife. I was in a sauna a couple of weeks ago and sweat a lot in the groin last week from running and working outside. I was wondering if it might be a pimple?

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be a pimple or acneform eruption.

Apply topical antibiotic like Neosporin ointment on the affected area twice daily for 5-7 days.
It should resolve.
