What Causes A Lump On The Left Side Of The Temple Region?

Question: I have a lump on the left side near my temple. I noticed it yesterday because it hurt when I touched it. It's about the size of a dime. I thought it was a pimple but I can't see any redness. Do you have any ideas of what it may be?
Brief Answer:
This seems to be a Sebaceous Cyst. Do not worry.

The only treatment however is Surgical removal.
Therefore please consult a Surgeon who can examine you and confirm the diagnosis and then proceed with the treatment as desired by you.
