It is a marble size ball , that is the only way to describe it , I didn't mean it was a circle . It is under the skin in the middle of my arm pit!

Then it could either be a lymph node or a lipoma or even a sebaceous cyst.
It will need an evaluation by a surgeon to come to a diagnosis as each of them have a different feel and consistency.
If it comes out to be a lipoma or a sebaceous cyst, then it can be excised under local anaesthesia on opd basis.
If it comes out to be a lymph node then it will proper evaluation to find the cause of it like presence of chest infection or a breast lump, etc.
So, show to a surgeon first, then he will suggest you the further course of action depending upon his findings.
