My wife Age 25-got for the first time since 6 months we got married positive for hcg card test around 35 th day and the double line got very clear by 40th.
So i approached a doctor near by and she gave good morn plus and susten 100 for 25 days one day each. On the 68 th day we went for the scan and doctor found that there is gestational sac of diameter of 16mm. There was no yolk sac and fetal pole. The doctor told there is no proper growth. I approached a XXXXXXX doctor in city and she took the B hcg test got 8524. After 48hrs repeated the test got 7685. Doctor told as beta hcg was declining there is not point in expecting good and D and C was done the next day.
Mean time before the D and C all the routine blood and urine test was done.

RBC was 4.45 million/cm.
Platelet count 3.35 lakhs/Cumm
Bleeding time 1min 30sec
Clotting time 5min 30sec
TSH 3.09microIU/mL
Free T3-3.53pg/ml
FreeT4-.984ng/dl
and all tests was normal

D and C was done the report was blighted ovum.
After D and C 10 days she was taking doxy 100mg 2daily. Tab Aciloc 150mg 2 daily for 10days. and cap B active for 30days.

I got the report of biopsy the result is as follows

Macroscopy:
Multiple fragments of brownish membranous tissue. The entire tissue was processed.

Microscopy:
Shows sheets of decidua with sections of chorionic villi and fragments of endometrium in secretory phase.

Diagnosis: Products of conception

So that was the report and doctor told there is no problem in biopsy. Doctor told not to try for sex another 25 days.

Tablet Ecosprin-75 and
MCBM -69 to be taken for 6 months one each daily.

Sir i want to know from an expert doctor
1. if the treatment is going inthe right direction.
2. Why the previous pregnancy was unsccessful where was the mistake.

My semen test was normal and excellent.

I have 2more questions

1.
how does tab Ecosprin75 and tab MCBM 69 help in getting pregnant,the role of each tablet and side effects because of taking it continously for 6 months as doctor recommended in that way. If we are trying for intercourse after 2months can we start taking the tablet after 2months.

2.
Please suggest if hcm have branch of medical astrology which can give the auspicious times for intercourse to get virtous child after checking and calculating from horoscope.if not in hcm any other you can suggest the best in medical astrology. I have heard that if conception is planned at auspicious position of planets of the individual it will overcome the illeffets of miscarriage and other complications.
