Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be pregnant if the tests are negative.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ms XXXX,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

As per your history, you have missed 2 periods yet your tests have been consistently negative, in my opinion, its highly unlikely that you are pregnant.

Diarrhea and active sex life are not the responsible for you not being able to conceive.

Active sex life is a good thing and it increases your chances of conception.

In my opinion, the reason for not being able to conceive is your weight, excessive fat converts the estrogen in the body to testosterone and that can cause missed periods and will also make it harder to conceive.

I would suggest you to kindly consult your gynecologist and get your hormone levels checked along with an ultra sound scan of the pelvis to rule out any uterine anomaly. You should also get your partner's semen analysis performed to look for any abnormalities in the sperms.

Further course of action will depend on the outcome of these investigations.

I hope I have provided you with some insightful information, I look forward to assist you further if need be.

Wishing you a happy life.

Best regards
