My Impression-
Dear,In view of the facts of query and of the updates,this left eyelid lump seems to be-hordeolum- as it has developed in last 2 days time.

The possibility of silent Chalazion -a meibomian gland(Sebaceous gland) with activated infection -is the possibility-because of a old history of stye,allergy to dust/cigarette smoke.
To rule out this possibility,Consults and check up with Opthalmologist,who would verify these possibilities and would treat the case accordingly.

Do's Suggested-
Cold compresses,for 2 days should resolve it.
If no relief-
Consults with Opthalmolgist and physical check up.
Tab Ofloxacin- for 5 day
Tab ibuprofen)-400 mg -x 2 per day x 5 day
Tab Multivitamin -1 per day x 10 days
You need to Consult with Opthalmologist-to improve the eye health,so as to prevent stye recurrence.
Get blood sugar to rule out diabetes, which could be causing repeated stye infections.
Treatment as above would resolve the Hordeolum with subacute infection and would avoid the abscess formation in it.
Timely treatment of this developing left eyelid lump would prevent it from developing in to big meibomian gland Cyst at a later date.
So you should be concerned and need to take treatment on suggested lines above.

-Next appointment for Review-after 2 weeks
