Question : I just noticed a painful spot on my skin with a dime size lump under the skin, and it is in a red spot ,not a circle, about 1-1/2 inches in diameter. it hurts to the touch, but does not hurt otherwise. It had a small white spot in center which has not there anymore cause I scratched it off. please help?
