What Causes A Painful Red Bump On The Penis?

Question: Hello dr. I have a red bump on the skin of my penis approx 1 inch from the tip of the head. Looks like a pimple but its just red. No water in it and i observed the next day after sex. I ve had it for two days and it feels a little uncomfortable like a burning pain only have one a tried popping it but it didn't what can it be no other symptoms. 4 days know the bumps looks the same still burns alittle and i have a small smelly gui substace on my penis head does not hurt to pee

Yes sir i actually squeezed and pus came out it still Burns a little I think I've been having it for approximately four to five days

It's looking like an allergic reaction.
Don't squeeze it else it will get infected.
Apply a mild steroid cream like Cortisone twice daily for a week.
It is safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
