What Causes A Painless Red Dot On Penis?

Question: I got this weird red dot on the side of my penis yesterday? Doesn't burn or itch nothing, got tested last month came out negative for everything , I only have sexual intercourse with my long time girlfriend ? Is it irritated?
Brief Answer:
Please have yourself tested for herpes virus.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back to HCM: Please note that I have noted your other complaints within this past month and I suspect that this may be related to herpes virus, it can lay dormant for years and when it erupts it can be very subtle to very violent, please have a urine study and STD screen done as soon as you can. I do not think that it is a coincidence that you are having scrotum issues as well as glans penis issues. I hope this helps and good luck.

But I just got tested and I came out negative for herpes 1 & 2
Brief Answer:
I understand, but anything could have happened between then and now.
Detailed Answer:
Please understand that you have some urological issue going on, and you need to have another urinary sample to exclude infections unfortunately, only then can one move on to other diagnoses, and or just say watch and see what happens. I can tell you though, you need to have that pain investigated, it is not normal, it could be just orchitis, or urinary tract infection, but this needs to be checked again. treatment would be simple moving forward.
