I appreciate your concern

Based on your description it's associated with parasympathetic nervous system release and is quite normal if of course it's not excessive.

This phenomenon doesn't signify any disease or pathology.

If the symptoms related to runny nose and lacrimation are excessively bothersome then anticholinergic medication can be advised for control. However if just an association then there is no need to treat.

is this condition related to my sinus drip at early morning? Wakes me up but it also lets me know I will go to the bathroom on this day. I tend to be constipated, but to a painful degree.

Hello again.

Rhino sinusitis is a possibility and opacification of the sinuses can be looked for by advising an x ray of the Para nasal sinuses or a CT PNS, in consult with an ENT doctor. Again the association doesn't quite make ground for a definitive cause.

The sinusitis can be treated with antibiotics like moxifloxacin, decongestants, nasal steroid sprays and antihistamines.

For the constipation, sodium picosulphate can be advised along with ispaghula husk.
