What Causes A Pinching Sensation In The Uterus?
I'm a 62 year old female and I'm experiencing pinching in my uterus. It comes and goes and I would like to know what could be the possible reasons for this. Right now I'm seeing a chiropractor where I'm having spinal decompression for herniated discs. I don't know if this is related to what I'm feeling or is this something different. Thank you
Check uterine disease, ultrasound, possibility for referred pain, see Dr

Hi and thanks for the query,
It is important to get a few things clear first. Have you had any uterine problems before (fibroids, bleeding, surgery)?
Secondly, it is imperative to be sure that the pain is actually from uterine origin. It is not rare for you to have a referred pain (pain originating from elsewhere but one has the impression it is from another region).
A complete clinical review, coupled with answers to above cited questions could be useful. If you do not have any uterine bleeding, past history of uterine bleeding, past history of surgery, it might be possible that it is a referred pain from the back.
Simple tests like a uterine ultrasound could also be useful.
I strongly suggest a proper clinical review from your family physician, and an ultrasound depending on his clinical findings.
Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
