What Causes A Pulsation Feeling On Right Forehead?
Normal Phenomena
Detailed Answer:
Hello
My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.
I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. There are various areas of the body where we can feel the pulse. It is normal in case there is no other history including raised blood pressure. Sometimes if we take stress then pulse becomes more prominent and we can feel it. As you mentioned that your blood pressure is normal and you exercise as well so you can ignore it and relax. Meanwhile you can record your B.P thrice a day for 3 consecutive days to make sure it remains within the normal limits.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
Normal B.P 120/80mmHg
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for getting back with the query. Normal B.P should be less than or equal to 120/80 mmHg. There could be slight deviation depending upon circumstances. Yes there is a high probability that tooth decay will cause pain and stress which may result in prominent pulsation. I would suggest you to get an appointment with a dentist to get it checked.

Slightly Raised B.P
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for getting back with the query. Glad to see your keen interest regrading your health. Your systolic blood pressure is slightly raised(after meal) but its not something to worry about. You are doing absolutely fine. Dietary modification will take care of it. Yes cholesterol level needs care. As you are already taking medicine so other thing that you need to take care of is diet. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things regarding B.P & cholesterol level:
> Eat maximum green leafy vegetables
> Take minimum salt in food. (VERY IMPORTANT)
> Include high fiber diet.
> Eat fresh fruits
> Barley and other whole grains
> Manage time in the evening for walk of at least 30-45 mins. It will keep you healthy & fresh
> AVOID:
- Dry fruit
- Oily & fatty food
- heavy meal at night
- smoking (if you do)

thanks for your kind response and will try and adapt the same. I have one more request for your consultation. As I had mentioned already i have been advised by dentist to remove upper left corner wisdom teeth and do root canal and permanent crown on upper right corner teeth I.e 17th tooth.
currently food particles enter and I feel unconfortable. Does this make infection as I cannot even take slight cold water or drink anything cold I get immediately affected by throat pain and it goes generally when I gargle. Also when I speak in a loud voice there is slight irritation or discomfort. But thete is no pain or other symptoms.
do I have any tonsilitis or anything. I work between outside extreme trmperature and drive in full car ac and accommodation ac.
anyways I am visiting dentist tomorrow.
please advise.

Tooth Infection may occur due to food entrapment
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
I'm glad to be of further assistance. I've answered both questions separately for your ease:
> Yes its important for you to get crown because if food particles will trap in it then they will cause infection(bacteria/germs grow much fast in such environment) and further complicate. Till the time of crown placement, brush every time you take food so that it does not trap in it.
> It could be mild sore throat/common cold. At the moment general care will heal it but if its complicated by fever & continuous pain then antibiotic therapy can be started. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised:
> Gargles thrice a day for 3 days
> Don't stress by talking loud.
> Tea will give soothing effect.
> AVOID:
- Dust
- Chilled water
- Drinks
- Spicy food
