Question: My grandson has a pus filled blister on his finger, on the inside between the middle and top joint on the inside.....no idea as to the cause. Redness around the wound.

Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
Perhaps it is a bacterial skin and soft tissue infection - bullous Impetigo.
I suggest you to apply a topical antibiotic e.g either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin 2% ointment, twice daily.
If possible you may upload an image of the affected area in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look at it and guide you accordingly.
