Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Please provide me some more information and upload some clear pictures of the rash if possible.
How many days after unprotected sex you had the rash?
Is it multiple?
Is it a risky partner that you had sex with?
This can be most likely fungal infection or fordyce spots.
Please update me the above information.
I am happy to help you.

1.5 weeks. The rash is in one spot only. When stretched there are no bumps. There is no itching / burning/ nor has it spread. I freaked out when it was red and used apple cider vinegar and left it for a while/ peroxide/ nerosporin.
The girl had been tested and everything came back negative.

Brief Answer:
Looks like genital herpes.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and Welcome.
I have gone through your pictures. It looks like genital herpes. So it is better to run test for herpes 1 and 2. Even though she is tested negative she can have it and spread it to you.
A consultation with a dermatologist is also well appreciated.
Avoid using irritants like soap or peroxide or vinegar. Use warm water or saline to wash the area.
Antiviral cream like acyclovir will be helpful in case it is herpes.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Thats weird cuz 2 other dermatologist that i sent the same pic told me it was inflamation of the skin and to use hydrocortisone 1%. 2nd i have no symptoms and the area where its red hasnt spread nor changed for the last 2 months. There is no itching nor pain and those are not blisters. Do herpes last over 2 months and not turn into blisters. When the skin is streched there are no visible bumps. When i wake up in the morning the area is better then throughout the day. Im confused now .
Brief Answer:
Herpes can be presented atypically.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up query.
Herpes can be presented atypically and last longer but 2 months not likely. Inflammation could be due to application of vinegar or various creams. But if lasting 2 months then it could be Fordyce spots most likely.
In such case i would recommend using aloe vera gel for local application. Avoid using any irritants or soap on the area. Wash only with warm water or saline gently. And go for a wait and watch approach. No need to be worried and confused.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
