Brief Answer:
may be viral exanthem

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the rash may be due to viral exanthem, this is a rash that can occur as a result of a viral illness

The fever and night sweats that you experienced last week may have been due to a viral illness since viral infections are some of the most common infections to occur.

Viral infections can sometimes be associated with a rash that can occur along with or soon after the other symptoms have resolved.
The rash would normally last no more than a few days, in some cases, only 24 hours.

It resolves on its own

If however, your rash does not resolve or worsens or additional symptoms occur, then you should see your doctor for an assessment.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
