Brief Answer:
Can be fungal and secondary bacterial infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. If you send a picture of the rash it will be more helpful in analysing the condition. Your problem can be most likely fungal and secondary bacterial infection. Using triple action creams containing anti fungal , antibacterial and corticosteroid will be helpful for this. You can use neosporin triple action ointment or panderm plus ointment . Using ketoconazole soap or powder is also good.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Looks like fungal and secondary bacterial infection.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

I have gone through your pictures. It looks like fungal infection and secondary bacterial infection. Using triple action ointments like I mentioned before will be helpful for this. Wash the area with warm water or saline or with dettol solution before applying it.
If it is spreading to other areas then conditions like scabies should be ruled out by consulting a dermatologist.

I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
