What Causes A Red Rash And Burning Sensation On Inside Skin Of Penis?

Question: I have developed a red type formation on the left side inside skin of Penis which is causing burning sensation and uncomfortable XXXXXXX
I have used candid B lotion and applied herpex 5% ointment.
My age is 62 year
Kindly guide and prescrive a medicine if possible.
I am using Aee 500 for 4 days

Probably you have developed zoons balanitis.
It is an inflammatory condition of glans penis.

Thanks for the photographs and sorry for delay in reply.
It's looking like herpes infection.
You need treatment with oral acyclovir, an antiherpes drug.
Only topical acyclovir ( herpex ) won't be helpful.
Meet your doctor and get it prescribed.
