What Causes A Red Spot On Penis Shaft?

Question: I have a one red spot on the side of my shaft of my penis that appears to be a really small bump. It’s right next to a hair follicle. It is hardly raised, if at all really. Looks like a white head in the middle of it. Is this an early stage of hpv/wart? Or maybe a fungal infection or Molluscum Contagiosum? Pictures are attached.

This is just a folliculitis and nothing else.
Just stop worrying, as most if the times this is self-limiting and needs no treatment provided you do not fiddle with it.
