What Causes A Red Spot On The Penis Shaft?

In July, you answered my post below:
I Have had a red triangular spot on the shaft of my penis just below the head for several months. It does not itch or burn and has never had any discharge. It only gets red after sex. My sexual encounters have only been with my wife of 16 years and both of us are monogamous.
I have tried hydrocortisone creams, antibacterial creams, soaked it in Listerine, apple cider vinegar, baking soda and nothing seems to get rid of it. Vitamin E oil helps after sex as well as Man 1 oil but I am confused at what caused this and what can make it clear up. I can't think of any soaps that could be causing it either and really wash well.
You mentioned you thought it was simple wear and tear. Since then, I did try using petroleum jelly as you recommended. It hasn't changed any. I have attached some pictures this time. Like I mentioned, it never had any white spots or discharge, bumps or pain. Only after intercourse, it will get very red but does not itch either. Will this ever get better or is there anything else I can do? Is skin cancer a concern?
Thank you.
The area is not related to cancer.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your further concern.
I have gone through your complete query and again noted your concern.
After thoroughly analyzing the pictures let me reassure you again that there is nothing to be worried about the same.
The arwa has got no relationship with any Sexually transmitted infection or any tyoe of cancer. You should relax for any grave possibility of the same.
The area is simply related to the bit thinning of skin which can get red after any type of friction. So I reassure you again for simple nature of the affected area.
You can meet a dermatologist personally to get accordingly best guidance.
I hope this helps.
