What Causes A Reddish Lump On The Stomach?

I have reviewed the attached photograph though it is not very clear.
I need to ask you few questions.
What is the duration of the lump?
Is it causing any pain or burning?
Is it present on the skin surface or underneath?
Kindly revert back with the answers and some clearer picture of the lump.

Its been here since last night, no pain or burning,underneath the skin

Brief Answer:
Looks like folliculitis, apply topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
I have again reviewed the new picture attached.
It is looking like superficial folliculitis.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin cream or neosporin ointment on this lump twice daily for 5-7 days.
This should resolve it in few days.
