Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have reviewed the image.

This image seems a little blurred. I request you to kindly upload another good quality image.

At first look it does nt look like a BCC. BCC's most commonly occur on head and neck. Moreove, this lesion seems eroded whereas BCC is usually a nodule with rolled borders.

Did it bleed? Do you have any symptoms like pain?itching?

Regards

Brief Answer:
Use a topical antibacterial ointment

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you

This is certainly not BCC.
I suggest you to use a topical antibiotic e.g mupirocin ointment or neosporin ointment and this should be fine.
