What Causes A Sac-like Bulge At The Vaginal Opening?

Maybe pelvic organ prolapse, treatable by exercises and pessary
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is possible that it may be pelvic organ prolapse. This can involve the uterus or part of the vagina.
Pelvic organ prolapse is common in older women. It can occur in all women but is more common if there is a history of childbirth. Stretching and tearing of ligaments and other soft tissues in the pelvis can occur in pregnancy and childbirth and this causes problems years later.
In most cases, it can be managed without surgery. It can be managed by doing pelvic exercises and the use of vaginal pessary (it is a device used to support the vagina).
Your GP or gynecologist can see and treat you.
Hope I have answered your query.
