Brief Answer:
Most likely due acid reflux or esophagitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely acid reflux or esophagitis caused due to this.
Much more potent proton pump inhibitor than Omez like Rabeprazole will be helpful for this. So i would suggest taking rabeprazole and domperidone daily for 1 month for this. Mucaine gel is helpful in decreasing irritation.

Avoid spicy and oily foods, pickles, junks, carbonated drinks, coffee, smoking and alcohol. Taking vitamin C is also helpful.

If still there is no improvement then a consultation with gastroenterologist , barium swallow study and fibrogastroduodenoscopy will be helpful to rule out any complications and for a definite diagnosis and treatment.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
