Brief Answer:
Would be best to be seen...

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Loss of consciousness/blackouts can be scary to experience.

They can be due to different causes and need to be investigated.

It would be best for you to see your doctor for an assessment.

Possible causes-
(1) Anemia- low Hb can cause blackouts so a complete blood count would be needed
(2) The heart- can be related to the abnormal rhythm of the heart which would affect the blood supply to the brain. An EKG would be required
(3) Bloods would also be needed to assess electrolyte levels as well
(4) In some persons, an EEG which looks at the brain waves would also be required to see if the person is experiencing seizures

In many persons, the cause may not be serious, but you should be assessed.

Hope I have answered your query.
