What Causes A Small Indentation On The Left Side Of The Penis?

Question: can one develop an indentation on the shaft of the penis from prone masturbation or putting pressure on the penis? I have slight indentation or groove on the left side on the top of the shaft of my penis, just below the head. This is not peyronies. my full erections are straight although my penis does curve slightly while semi-erect. The groove gets more noticeable when semi-erect, but smooths out a little bit when full erect. However when fully erect one can still see and feel the grooved or depressed area and it becomes slightly red. What could this be and what is causing it?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been indulged in frequent masturbation in prone position and have noticed indentation of penis on left side in semi erect status .

This is mostly due to localized disparity in Tunica Albugenia a sheath that covers Corpora Cavernosa (Erectile Tissue ) of the penis resulting out of friction while attempting vigorous handling of penis while masturbating ...

Since there is no curvature of penis on erection there is nothing to be worried at all .

Thank you for your help. Will this every heal itself or will it remain this way? Is there anything I can do (besides cutting down on masturbation) to help this?
