Question: I have a small lump beneath the skin on the back of my neck. This program is saying most likely benign lymphoma Should I have an md look further into it

Certainly yes, anything which is not normal should be seen by a Doctor as he would definitely have better clinical evaluation about the site, size, mobility, tenderness, feel/consistency, condition of the skin draining the area like dandruff or seborrhoic dermatitis and advise you further if be required and as required in the form of :
Antibiotic and anti-inflammatory course
FNAC or biopsy- as these are the only investigations that are confirmatory of the exact diagnosis.
