Brief Answer:
It is most likely due to folliculitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for the query.

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.

It could be most likely due to folliculitis ( infection of hair) or block saebaceous gland.

Hot compress is very helpful and if pus is there then incision and drainage required along with antibiotics and pain killer.

Maintain vaginal hygiene, keep the area dry and clean, wear loose fitting undergarments.

Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.

Good luck.
Regards
