What Causes A Small Spot On The Head Of The Penis?
Question: thank you my question to you is I have a small spot that is on the head of my penis it is the size of a tip of a pen and it has blood in it and it dries out and becomes a scab what is that ? I was told it was a vein that comes out in that area

I have uploaded a picture doctor it doesn't hurt just an annoyance I don't have any STD or anything I was checked for that

Thanks for uploading photograph of penis which shows a small hematoma collection of blood the cause of which is very difficult to ascertain.

There is no active treatment that can regress the hematoma .
In most of the cases it either gets absorbed spontaneously or burst open to form a small ulcer which heals up over a period of time .
You may take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily,
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
