Though the area requires examination, based on the history you gave, such presentations are common with staphylococcal boils or a fungal infection. Any discharge present should be cultured. Ointment clotrimazole can be advised if indeed its a fungal infection. Antibiotics locally would not be required if the blister is intact. If the lesions/blisters hurt then STDs (Sexually transmitted Diseases) should be ruled out. Your doctor can advise an STD panel if indicated based on the history and physical examination findings. Try to avoid intercourse till you have the area examined.
