Brief Answer:
Looks like infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have viewed your x ray and it looks like slight infection..
Well, in the x ray there is nothing specific evident, so first of all can you please tell that is this a latest x ray or an old one?
Also is the lump painful at times and does it discharge any fluid?
Is there any pain or discomfort in the root canal treated premolar also present?
If the x ray is old one please get a latest x ray clicked and upload it.
Please revert back with answers..
Regards.

The X-ray is recent 1 month old only. The lump is never painful, some times little sensitive. I don't feel it discharging anything. That particular tooth does not give any pain or problem now. I am just worried about that lump.
Brief Answer:
Looks like infection only.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
From the x ray it looks slight infection and the filling material is appearing to be in the periapical area that is under the root tips.
This might be causing problem.
It is not cancerous or something very serious but needs to be checked clinically.
So once consult a Dentist and get checked.
Thanks.
