What Causes A Sore Lump On The Right Side Of The Neck?

Question: Over the last month and a half I have lost over 40 lbs. Now, I am thin.
I have a hard lump on my lower (L) left side under rib cage. It is hard and does NOT hurt.
However, it is growing.
Since last week, on my (R) right side of my neck, I have a lump that is sore. That has been there for awhile but never hurt.

What should I do? I do not think it is cancer. But, my last surgery was a mess and I want to avoid that.

As you said you have a history of cancer in the past.Did you had lately CT scaner abdominal and thorax ;
Did you alsow had complete blood count and tumor biomarker CA 125;
Those exams are very important to know about your dessease progression and decision for the next step.If those exams are clear than you maybe should have a FNA of lump in the lower part of cage

I have not had any of these tests.

I was hoping that by asking you - You might tell me it was nothing.

I am NOT thinking I have cancer again.

I just know that:

- weight loss
-sleeping all the time
- the lumps

These symptoms are not a good sign.

But could it be something else? Fatty tissue?

If I were to go for the tests, which do I go for first?
