I'm 30 years old virgin. Sometimes out of nowhere I get this feeling whether I'm horney or not as if a sharp piercing sensation striked through from one end of my penis to the other side resulting in a feeling that I have some fluid on my boxer. It feels like I just urinated or something but I checked and nada. I masturbate about once every 1.5 weeks. This feeling comes out of nowhere, comes and goes at random.
