What Causes A Spot Over The Right Testis?
Question: Hi
i have something appears from time to time over my right testis and it casuses me hard breathing
it goes when i take off my pant and just press on it by my hand
I did doppler and it shows
no varicocele and no inflmation on right testis
So my question is
1- could there be anything like varicocele in right testis but does not show in doppler and could it make such issue
2- could 3mm varicocle and light epididymis in left testis causing such issue to right testis

Hi,
1- could there be anything like varicocele in right testis but does not show in doppler and could it make such issue
No, I do not think so based on the information you have provided. Varicoele usually will not make such an issue.
2- could 3mm varicocle and light epididymis in left testis causing such issue to right testis
No, this is also not a common occurrence.
A thorough physical examination by an experienced Urologist will be of much better help in your case and can rule out all the the things you are getting worried about, rather than other investigations and assumptions
