Brief Answer:
Please go to ER.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I am sorry it has taken so long to answer your question.

If you have new onset of blurred vision and dizziness, you need to go to the ER if you haven't already. This could be a neurological problem, including a stroke or transient ischemic attack.

While dizziness itself can be from a number of innocuous reasons including benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (the room spins when you move your head), the combination with blurred vision makes the problem more serious and needs to be looked into, most likely with an MRI or CT scan.

So please - go now to the ER. After you are evaluated I will be happy to answer any further questions you may have.
