I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.However, I cant find the attached pic. You need to upload it againt in the "Reports Section".
You probably have got an inflammed cyst in ear lobe. I would suggest to my patients a course of an Oral antibiotics e.g Amoxycillin 500mg or Cephalexin 500mg, thrice daily for a week.
In addition I would suggest an oral antiinflammatory e.g either Ibuprofen 400mg or Diclofenac 50mg, twice daily for pain relief and swelling.

It does seem like an inflammed cyst.
I advice you to go ahead with the medications that I suggest in my earlier reply i.e Tab. Augmentin 625 mg, 3x daily for a week and Tab. Serradic- P, 2x daily for 3 days.
