Dear Sir
Many of the normal individual do experience such symptoms while standing , it is due to stagnation of blood in lower limb( Walking causes contraction of calf muscles and increases venous return to heart , this is less effective in standing) , this causes decreased venous return to heart resulting in possibly less blood pumped by heart . This produces sense of fainting .
Do ensure adequate intake of fluids and avoid prolonged standing . Its unlikely to be cause for concern.
