What cause the tongue to be yellow like this?
It has been almost a year and no doctors at hosptial or clinic can help
They keep saying thats not infection
But why it has thrush on my tongue?

As far as the yellow coating over the tongue is concerned, it is called coated tongue secondary to hypertrophy of the papilla over the tongue. Due to improper maintainable of the tongue hygiene there is a superseded candidal infection. Nothing to be panic, consult a good oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can maintain thorough tongue cleaning by using tongue cleaner. Rinse your mouth soon after eating anything. You can also apply topical antifungal agents like clotrimazole.

You thunk later it will become black hairy tongue?
Doctors said this is not incfetion at all
It will be self treatmnet
Every time i drink and smoke the coatiing become 4-5 times more yellow than this pic
