What Causes A Thick White Layer Over The Scrotum With Accompanied Itching?

Question: recently i have been having a thick layer on my testicles, externally. and it is too itchy and if i squeeze it, it cracks and bleeds.color is white.

The typical description of a thick white layer over the scrotum with accompanied itching indicates a fungal infection. iT is suggested that you should get a swab culture test done to isolate the fungus and confirm the diagnosis and then you may be treated with systemic and local antifungals for a week or two .
If possible you may attach a photograph of the same for better diagnosis,

Hello,
YES , this is tinea infection , or simply fungal infection.
You can start the following :-
1. tab fluconazole 300mg ( 150mgx2 tabs) stat once a week for 3 weeks orally.
2. ointment MICONAZOLE 1% local application after cleaning with warm water and drying , thrice a day for 10 days.
3. TAB VITAMIN C 1 thrice a day for 10days.
