Brief Answer:
Likely to be non specific symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir

Feeling of warmness of skin, in many individuals could be due to non specific reason , if there is no associated redness of overlying skin and absence of swelling over the cheek or front of ear its unlikely to be any cause for concern.
I hope and assume that there are no oral lesion or pain in oral cavity.

In the absence of any of the above symptoms , local application of ice pack will provide the much needed relief.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you

Take care

Best Regards
Dr Shobha Deepak
