Brief Answer:
it can be due to GERD.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms can be due to Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease ( GERD ).
I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Gastroentologist. An Endoscopy may be helpful.
You can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg.
Avoid spicy and oily foods and being empty stomach for long periods. Also avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
Drink lots of water daily.
Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your doctor.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
