What Causes A Watery And Yellowish-brown Color Ejaculate, Reduced Libido And Semen Leakage?
Question: My ejaculate is watery and colored yellowish-brown. It now seems to be just leaking, like incontinence, staining my shorts. I have reduced libido, and difficulty maintaining an erection..........what's wrong? Thank you.

Get yourself checked for hormones as Testosterone levels, Thyroid profile.
Also undergo urine test, ultrasound abdomen and semen examination after 3 days abstinence from sex.
