What Causes A White Bump On The Back Of The Gums?

Extra growth of mucosa covering over the impacted molar
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query
I have examined the image thoroughly and I am of the opinion that, the fleshy bump like thing is a extra growth of mucosa over the impacted left, last, lower molar. The extra tissue is noticed when the new teeth is getting erupted. Meanwhile, the mucosa gets jammed between the both the upper and the lower jaw, seldom, causing pain and bleeding.
Normally, no intervention is required. If the pain persists, then, you need consult the dental surgeon for a thorough examination and management.
Hope this answers your query; I will be available for the follow-up queries.
