What Causes A White Bump On The Outer Vaginal Lip Post Shaving?
Hair folliculitis is to be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
First of all i got confused as your sex in the patient profile was mentioned as male.
You mentioned that your boy friend was having Herpes. Different types of Herpes infection are there including Herpes Zoster, Herpes simplex type 1 and type 2. I hope that you mean sexually transmitted disease Herpes simplex Type 2 infection. It can be transmitted without a fresh outbreak as there could be viral shedding.
At the same time Herpes simplex infection will manifest as grouped tiny vesicles (less than 2 mm size) which will last for not more than a day. Then it will ulcerate to produce tiny grouped ulcers.
As you had recently shaved your external genitals, possibility of folliculitis is also there.
You have to consult your Dermato-venereologist or infectious specialist. He/she will examine you and treat you with appropriate medicines.
Get well soon.

More likely to be a hair folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
HI,
Welcome back.
As it is a single and little larger than 2 mm in size, painless I guess that it is quite unlikely be a case of Genital Herpes. Likely to be concerned with hair follicle. Direct examination by a doctor could be the one which can fix the diagnosis.
