Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be either candidiasis which is fungal infection or lichen planus which is an immune mediated disease of the skin.
I would like to ask you few questions:
Are you having itching, burning or any other complaints on this patch?
Are you diabetic or taking any long term medicines?
Are you sexually active?
If yes is your partner having history of vaginal discharge or itching?
Do you have itching or similar patches anywhere else on the body or in the oral cavity?
Kindly revert with the answers.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Seems to be lichen planus, apply topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be lichen planus.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

if in case above medicine is not available then alternate ?
what about clotrimazole also?
what about clotrimazole also?
Brief Answer:
Mometasone or fluticasone cream
Detailed Answer:
This medicine is easily available.
In case you don't get this you can use mometasone cream or fluticasone cream.
Clotrimazole is an antifungal which is used in fungal infections.
Your case seems to be lichen planus for which topical steroid will be more effective than clotrimazole.
