Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to fungal (yeast) infection. If you send a picture of the affected area then it will be more helpful.
Using anti fungal creams like miconazole or terbinafine (Lamisil) for local application for 7 to 10 days will be helpful for this. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area, and instead you can use just warm water or saline. Use loose and cotton underwear. Avoid underwear while sleeping.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Looks like Balanitis.

I have gone through your picture. It looks like Balanitis ( inflammation due to combined fungal and bacterial infection). For this you can use creams containing combination of anti fungal agents like clotrimazole or miconazole , anti bacterial agents like neomycin and corticosteroid like beclamethasone or hydrocortisone for local application. This is available in brands like surfaz-SN. you can use this twice daily for 7 to 10 days. Use XXXXXXX warm water for washing. Avoid soaps and irritants. This will decrease the burning sensation. If no improvement or worsening then oral antibiotics like Azithromycin will be required.

Brief Answer:
You can ask for surfaz SN.

You can ask for Surfaz SN cream. This you can use twice daily for 7 to 10 days. If this is not available then you can use clop GM Neo.
But if there is no improvement then I would suggest oral antibiotic like Azithromycin. Azithromycin is a prescription drug given in dose of 500mg once daily for 3 to 5 days.
