Hi,
Now there is no white layer because morning I applied garlic juice on it.
If I apply it for one day I won't have this problem else it will come. It's not fully white like very light in color.

Okay, in such a case this could possibly be a fungal infection probably candidiasis.
Antifungal therapy has to be administered.
I generally recommend my patients with oral pills of FLUCAN 200mg once a day for 3 days. This should be very effective.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.
