Brief Answer:
Not looks psoriasis, either vitiligo or post inflammatory depigmentation
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photograph.
It is not looking like psoriasis.
It seems to be either a patch of vitiligo or post inflammatory depigmentation secondary to some unnoticed trauma or injury.

how should I confirm if it's patch of vitiligo and how it can be cured. I don't want it to spread across.
Brief Answer:
Go for wood's lamp examination, clobetasol propionate & tacrolimus ointment
Detailed Answer:
For confirmation you need to consult a dermatologist and go for wood's lamp examination of the spot.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply clobetasol propionate cream on the white spot in the morning and tacrolimus 0.1 percent ointment on the affected area at night.
These are prescription drugs and should be used under the supervision of the doctor.
