What Causes Abdomen Pain, Fatigue, Fever And Rectum Pain After An Appendix Operation?
Question: had my apendix removed almost 2 weeks ago I've been having pain in my abdomen area, feeling fatigue, fever, pain in my rectum, heavy vaginal discharge with a bad odor, smell like feces
Brief Answer:
It could be due to infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Heavy vaginally foul smelling discharge associated with fever, abdominal pain could be due to infection of the genital tract.
Please consult your Gynaecologist initially.
After appendectomy, fever can occur due to some residual infection like collection of pus in the pelvis/abdomen or infection at the suture site. As CT scan of Abdomen is normal, it can be ruled out.

If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
