Thank you for your reply . It is present for the last two months , the discomfort lasts for about 30 to 60 minutes . there is no association with food intake . Mt eating is nearly regular but not very healthy during dinner . generally in the upper part of the abdomen I get discomfort or some times at the sides .

From the description it looks to be duodenal ulcer. Pan D will definitely take care of it. If the associated Helicobacter pylori infection is not treatment it coudl lead to recurrence of symptoms.
I would suggest you the following
1. Empirical treatment for H Pylori: 1 kit of Ulcikit or HP kit per day for 14days
2. Regular intake of food
3.Avoid caffeinated/carbonated beverages
4. Avoid alcohol intake if you are in habit of it
5. Avoid spicy/oily food.
Do get back to me for further assistance.
