What should i do ? What about headachs ?
Brief Answer:
Scan of the abdomen
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I suggest to get Ultrasound scan of abdomen after examination by doctor. It would say if you have obstruction of bowel.
But simple things first.
If a person comes to me with cramps, diarrhoea and headache I would treat him first for infection after careful examination. I would not suspect partial obstruction immediately.
So simple replace lost fluids with oral rehydration salts. Be on liquid diet and gradually to semisolid easily digestible diet and then solid diet.

Will an ultrasound always pick it up ? Ive had three obsructions before and on 2 occasions ive had a minor obstruction that dodnf show untill they operated in whitch case they discoverd scar tissue casung the oroblem . How long do you have scar tissue for ? Can it keep coming back ?
Brief Answer:
Internal abdominal scar
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You seem to have frequent obstructions because of internal scar tissue. The scar tissue causes the bowel to adhere to it. The abdomen is generally very slippery and helps move the internal organs when there is scar they stick each other. Because of these adhesions the bowel does not move properly causing partial obstruction. To remove the obstruction they break the adhesions called adhesionolysis.
I am not sure why there is a scar in the first place. Were you operated in the abdomen before the scar tissue? I need to know all the relevant medical history.
In your case Ultrasound shall not help. It is not specific.
The duration of scar varies can be for years also. More than the scar it is the infection or inflammation of abdominal tissues that cause issues like appendicitis, crohns disease which inflamme the bowels. So pay attention to your body. Eat liquid diet if there is problem of obstruction. Always opt for laparoscopic procedures.

Thank you for your detailed response , yes ive had three operations the first being my apendix removel since then ive had a few problems regarding scar tissue and ive also had two laparoscopic procedures to remove the blockage and they have worked really well . My last orovedure they done varios tests and none had showen a blockage due to scar tissue but it wasnt until they went in they were able to see ot . I dont like gling to the hospital unless ots serious but normally by then its to late amd turns into a big procedure . What are the first symptns i should look for in your opinon and when i should possibly go to ghe ed ? Before my last op i got bad direah and logs of cramps and wind could this be a start or a sign of some blockage ?
